James is Founder & Managing Director of Zen Semiconductor Search.
Prior to launching the company in 2018, James held a proven track record in the European semiconductor industry for hiring and attracting staff for permanent and fixed-term positions on behalf of many of the world's most reputable companies:

He is now one of the most networked individuals in the European semiconductor industry. James combines a simple, easy-going and efficient approach to recruitment and headhunting with his 10 years of expertise - bringing success to the companies partnering with him and the candidates entrusting him to help them.
A bit more on our founder: Prior to recruitment, James was educated at one of the UK's leading grammar schools, studying Mathematics at University. After a few years away from academia, he pursued a career that promoted entrepreneurship and meritocracy in a people-centric business - thereby opting to join an international recruitment company in London. James became an expert in the semiconductor industry and this later coincided with internal restructuring and new ownership, prompting his departure with the purpose of committing his career to the semiconductor industry. James recognised the ever-increasing importance the semiconductor industry would have on the world in it's scope and influence (this has since been acknowledged by the US Congress with the introduction of 'The CHIPS and Science Act 2022' and the European Commission with 'The European Chips Act 2023') and in 2018 he founded Zen Semiconductor Search.
